GM'S and MOD'S

I am thinking of setting up the GM and MOD system like so:

2 Admins, 2 or more gm's, 4 or more mod's then just members. if u have any suggestions PM me, thanks

If you are a Mod get 200 posts and become upgraded to GM, but only the first two will get that privilage.
