Rafe walked over to Keir and the stranger, "I am sorry for Cara's behavior earlier today." He then gave his full attention to Keir, "If you see her will you tell her I am looking for her?"

As Cara walked through the forest fallowing an animal trail she seen a rabbit run across the path. Right at that moment she would have liked to have her bow. When she came to a pool of water that was so clear you could see the bottom she stopped. This was the farthest she had ever been out of camp. She hadn't realized that she had walked that far.

"Um.. stranger what should we call you?" Keir asked their guest.

the wolf thought for a moment and replied "maybe you can call me grey?" "since thats what colour i mostly am"

"I think Grey is a fine name!" said Keir. "You can help me set up the tent your going to stay in unless you would rather sleep outside and we need to figure out what you could do to help out around the camp. So what do you have to say?"

Rafe had just finished searching the camp for Cara the second time and still didn't find her. He decided he was going to find Keir and tell him that he still couldn't find Cara.

As Cara started walking back she realized how long she had been walking for the sun had started to go down. For as tough Cara was there was one thing that freaked her out and that is being alone at night in the dark without anyone. She hated it.
She started to run back to camp in a panic.

Grey smiled and said "okay! ill help to fix up the tent" ^_^
then he stopped smiling and turned around looking at the forest that Cara had dissapeared into.
"what that? i sense something bad" he thought. "I think Cara is in trouble" he said to kier

Cara had started to run in such a panic stricken way she wasn't paying attention and stumbled on a tree root and her momentum didn't help her regain her balance she had strayed from the path trying to catch herself and tripped over a tree stump sending her tumbling down a river bank and she fell straight into the water.
The shock of the chilly water gave her motivation to get out immediately. She looked at the steep bank that she had to climb up and thought nothing of it's sheerness. Cara started climbing back up but soon ended up in the water with the root that she was using to pull herself up in her hand. She uttered a few swear words as she swam back to the river bank.
She this time she wasn't going to let a loose tree root in her hand. She was over halfway up when the wall gave out when she put her weight on a rock that had been jutting out from the wall.
She cursed at the top of her lungs at God and all of his creations as she swam back to the river bed wall. She started climbing up it and used caution this time.
When she got to the top she told herself that she would use caution from now on in the dark instead of letting her fear rule her.

Keir stopped a random warrior that passed by, "Find Rafe and tell him Cara is in the forest and to look for her." The Warrior nodded and walked off.
"Why do you think she is in trouble?" asked Keir as he looked at Grey with a puzzled look. Keir was still unsure of whether or not to trust this stranger but with the way Cara treated him why would he lie and say she needed help when she didn't.

Grey replied "I dont know.. i just get this feeling that she is... and something tells me that i've seen her before....its all too confusing" Grey holds his head with one of his paws as the confusing makes it hurt "what is going on!" he thought to himself.

Rafe was walking around the practice ring and scanning the crowd to see if Cara was there when a warrior walked up to him and said, "Keir has a message for you, Cara may be in trouble she is still in the forest you should go look for her."
"Thank you, "said Rafe as he ran toward his tent to get his horse.

[glow=red,2,300] THIS IS NOT PART OF THE STORY![/glow] BRAIN STORMING-our story has no direction so how about we give it some here are a few ideas reply if you have any problems.
Hey I have an idea on what I want to do with this story. I want Grey to become really close friends with Cara and for Grey to start having nightmares. At first the nightmares will be incomplete and he wont know what is going on just that they are really vivid and he is doing something violent in his dream.
During the time that Grey and Cara become close there are a series of battles. The first one they loose and this is what inspires Gray to learn how to fight to help out around the camp so they can’t be defeated like they were last time. Rafe will be the one to help train Grey in the ways of warfare. The second one Grey will help in and they win then Keir asks for his war prize (This is when OreielDrakon will make her appearance with a beautiful maiden) and they have one more final winning battle before the war prize is given to Keir and they decide to head back home.
Then one day when Cara confesses her love to him he’ll tell her that he recognizes her because he killed her mother. He’ll know this because he finally finished the dream and seen why it was so violent and it was because he was killing someone. This will also be the same day that they go back and the queen is about to honor Cara by making her a Warrior |

i thought maybe grey could be related to Cara somehow andhe was changed by say... a mage from the army of teh anthros... and how grey remembers his past is through the say "nightmares" as dragonfly had put it.. maybe they could be related by Grey being Caras older brother or something.
also... making Grey and Cara get close to each other is a good idea... they get close that the day when Grey remembers that they're related and that he was taken from the mother so very young, before Cara was born, Grey decides that they shouldnt be together.
Kier of Rafe could get jealous of how close Grey and Cara are getting and might try and get Rid of Grey to stop this... but with this trying Grey accidentally kills Rafe through the a rembering of what the anthro mage, that took him, had told him that all humans are evil and shouldnt walk this planet..
but these are my thoughts... Dragonfly, yours are pretty good too..^_^
